There are multiple ways to apply for housing with R Investments!
You can apply through TenantCloud, our property management software company.
If you would rather apply in person, you may come to our office at 481 W. Perry St Ste. A and get an application. If it is outside office hours, you will find them attached to our door.
Some properties are great for our furry friends, others are not. For those properties that do, there is an appropriate pet fee.
We comply with all ADA requirements regarding service animals.
Yes. Our application fee is $50.00 and is paid upon submission of your application. This payment covers the cost of your background check, and is not a fee that R Investments gains profit.
Your move in date can vary. This is dependent on different factors such as application completion, current availability, repairs needed, cleaning, and painting. We will try to get you moved in as quick as possible.
Yes we can! We have single bedroom apartments or college housing if you are looking to live with friends!
All college students will require a co-signer.
